Steps for Parents/Guardians to access child behavioral health services for children ages 5-17 For crisis behavioral health services, for all families, regardless of insurance status Call CSA (contracted system administrator) at 877-652-7624 and request Children’s Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (CMRSS). CMRSS provides crisis response with parents and child within one hour and provides services for up to 8 weeks.
For non-crisis behavioral health services if you have private health insurance Contact your health insurance company and ask if your plan provides mental health/behavioral services for your child.
If services are not covered, call CSA at 877-652-7624 to request services.
If services are covered, but you cannot meet your deductible/co-pay, call CSA at 877-652-7624 and ask to speak with a manager.
