Our partner organization, the Life Work Strategies, is a specialist in organizational culture and behavior and management skills. A special relationship is formed between the executive and coach. They work together to design an individualized program to assist with the executive's career development under the aegis of the corporate vision.
The first step is an analysis of past and present skills. Objectives are defined and clarified based on the assessment. The analysis utilizes observations, as well as, standardized assessment tools.
With change, the executive experiences a renewed commitment to the corporate vision and brings about growth through enhanced skills and a newly experienced corporate role. Rote and repetitive patterns of management style are refreshed and redefined within the context of the organization's needs.
The executive coaching program offers a menu of services that includes, but not limited to, career development, negotiation skills, communication skills and other important skill sets necessary to succeed in the workplace.
