Mediation is a court-approved process in which a certified mediator facilitates the resolution of a dispute between two or more parties. By design, mediation is non-adversarial and aims to assist the parties in reaching a mutually acceptable outcome.
The alternative to mediation is a long, drawn out and costly court battle. Mediation is an excellent alternative to couples who are seeking to divorce and have conflictual positions around custody and assets.
The Corporate Mediation program provides the same conciliatory process for employees and employers on the following issues: employment (EEOC), sexual harassment, termination, contract disputes, partnership disputes, negotiations, and family businesses.
