The office staff in the intake department is available Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM. Our patient account representatives are available from 9AM to 9PM Monday through Friday. STA participates in all insurance companies but due to limitations set by some insurance companies not all providers are in network with all insurance companies. We would gladly participate as a group with all insurance companies but a few companies, such as United, don't allow all providers to participate. When you register with us, we will do an insurance verification to check the status of participation for your policy.
